Class of 2023 Yearbook Deadline

Today marks the start of August and the beginning of the countdown until school starts! I know for many returning high school seniors, school and anything related to it is not on their radar at all! However, I wanted to send a friendly reminder to all of my Class of 2023 seniors that NOW is the time you need to reach out to your high school and find out their yearbook deadline! You might think it is way too early for that, but many schools have August or September deadlines for submitting senior portraits and childhood portraits for the yearbook baby ads and congratulation ads that you typically find towards the end of the yearbook! In fact, many Blue Valley schools, as well as St. James Academy have early deadlines!  

You don’t want to miss the opportunity to be featured in your yearbook! These books are a snapshot into your high school years that will serve as a history book to you in the future. While it is part tradition, yearbooks are a fun way to look back on your senior year and remember all the big and small moments, from sporting events to prom and everything in between. Yearbooks serve as picture books with moments frozen in time for you to refer back to. As you enter a new chapter in life beyond high school, one thing is certain, you will never have another experience quite like high school and you don’t want to miss an opportunity to be included.
