The AGP Client Experience Timeline | What To Expect
One thing that is very important to me as a business owner, is transparency with all my current and future clients! I like everyone to have all the information upfront! That way they know what to expect and there are no surprises! If you’ve ever wondered how the process works, what happens after you book, or how long it takes to get your images, then this post is for you! I will be explaining the AGP Client Experience Timeline in detail, so you’ll know what happens every step of the way!
The AGP Client Experience Timeline
To start, you want to book your session 2-4 months in advance of when you want your session! Your session is officially booked when you sign and accept the contract and submit your session retainer. After this your senior session is locked in and dates secure!
Now that you’ve booked your session, it is time to start prepping! After you’ve officially booked your session, you’ll receive a link from me, full of helpful tips to get you picture ready! We’ll also plan a date for an in-person consultation! During this meeting you can bring your clothes that you plan to wear and I’ll help you plan accessories that will complement those outfits. We will also go over the locations of your portraits. I can also help select or suggest places if you need help! After the outfits and locations are locked in, we will take a look at all the favorite products sold at AGP.
Your Session Day!
YAY! Finally, your photo shoot day is finally here! Today, you don’t need to do anything except smile and have a blast at your session! I will bring a lighting assistant, and we also have fun making a few reels!
Your session day is meant to be a super fun, enjoyable experience! Relax and let me do the work! This session is a celebration of all your hard work and dedication, as well as the beginning of a new chapter in life!
About 2 weeks after your amazing senior session, you’ll come back into the AGP home office to view your images! YAY! As we view your stunning images, you will also choose your digital package, and add on any additional products you might want, like a 10x10 gallery album, or a framed canvas collage. You will help me design your album cover or image box wrap as well, so everything is custom designed just for you!
4-6 Weeks After Ordering
About 4-6 weeks after your ordering session, you will come back in to pick up all of your gorgeous products that are ready to display in your home.
